2 Great Exercises To Increase Your Vertical Jump

Today, I’m going to show you two great exercises that will increase your vertical jump.

1. Squats
Squats are considered to be the ‘king’ of vertical jump exercises.

This is because they are very effective at targeting multiple muscles simultaneously.

Squats targets all your leg muscles and posterior chain muscles i.e. lower back, glutes (butt), hamstrings, quads, and calves.

Squats work all these muscles simultaneously, and train them explosively.

2. Deadlifts
The deadlift is another great vertical jump exercise that targets multiple muscles at the same time.

They are very effective in targeting all the muscles of your posterior chain, which are the most important muscles in jumping.

If you consistently perform these two exercises and progress in them, you will surely jump higher.
