Don’t know about the movie but it’s a very famous tango tune called La Cumprsita by Rodriguez.

That is indeed the Cumparsita, but I couldn’t tell you which version. It’s the best known tango in the world, and has been recorded by hundreds of different artists. You’re bound to have seen it in movies, on tv – any time laymen want a tango on screen, they whip out the Cumparsita.
Although it’s regarded as a bit of a cliche in the non-tango world, tango dancers still have great affection for it. It’s typically played at the very end of a milonga (a place where tangueros go to dance socially), the last tango of the night.
