I've heard that every celebrity actually has the choice of which type of dance to do. Joey and Vivica made the right selections because it fit their strengths. By the way, I think the whole contest is unfair because there shouldn't be a solo winner but a male and female champion. When it comes to couples dancing, the male has the toughest job because they have to be the frame and lead (most of the time). So, the male celebs are under the 8-ball. The female celebs have the extreme benefit of being lead by a professional male dancer. So, they really need to crown a Male and Female champion.
