I really need help with my Halloween costume?

hi i have a dress that looks like this

except it’s red. I want to use this dress as my Halloween costume but I don’t know what I should be…any ideas??

   red riding hood -add basket and red cape
   fairy -add wings, wand, head wreath maybe sometinng around waist tie a long flowy scarf.
   devil- add horns, tail, pitchfork
   vampire-add fangs black cape long black gloves
   diva- red long gloves sunglasses, lots of jewelry/bling
   pirate- add black belt, vest, head scarf or hat, boots
