http://www.ballroomdancers.com has short video clips for Tango and Salsa. It is not exactly dancing courses, it just short clips. You are unlikely to find on-line dance courses of any quality because this is how dance instructors make living – by offering dance classes and instructional videos for a fee. There is a lot of stuff on youtube and on yahoo.videos but like I said you never know which ones are good quality.
It is better if you look for a very inexpensive group classes. Community colleges offer evening classes for a very small fee. One more thing: the name of the dance is Flamenco.
