Where can I find ballroom dance music sorted by style?
I want to find a website that will allow me to listen to and download songs individually that have been presorted into categories, like "Tango," "Foxtrot," or "Rhumba." Does such a site exist?
https://secure.ballroomdancers.com/Music/style.asp has ballroom music sorted by style, and also by dance.
Most good strict tempo CDs come with 5 dances on them rather than just 15 tracks of Tango or 15 tracks of Rumba.
There is "The Best of.. " series by Casa Musica like "The Best of Slowfox" or "The best of Tango" those are pretty good.
Also check http://www.dancevision.com and http://www.danceshopper.com go to music section you’ll find what you need.

I haven’t seen any like that, but many sites that sell other ballroom-related things sell CD’s of strict-tempo elevator music labelled by the dance they’re meant to accompany. I think most folks just listen to a lot of music, buy what they want, and maybe run it through some editing software if it needs a minor tempo change. It’s a bit of a challenge to find a lot of Paso Doble that way, but overall it works, especially if you dance American style.
