Anti malware?

I downloaded CODEC video software which I have sinse uninstalled, but it planted a trojan on my drive ( w 32. myzor fk@yf ) also "zlob" and "tango". anybody any ideas how to get rid of them. Norton, spybot , and lavasoft, all failed, spybot identifyed it.

Roguefix is made especially to remove Zlob and the Smitfraud infection that Zlob often proceeds.

    Register, go to the Hijack This Forum, read the instructions on how to post a log, give a brief description of your problem (like you’ve just typed) and post your log there. The guys in there are fantastic and trustworthy and will guide you through in getting rid of those nasties from your computer!

    Having a log posted and checked, is the real and only way to ensure that your computer is clean.

    PROGRAMS HAVE BEEN ADDED.
    go to add and remove programs in control panel and remove any alien programs, rebooting is required.
    this is not a virus or spyware so nothing will be detected on a scan, it is a scam bye fraudulent websites to get your credit card details. just remove the programs and re-scan on completion to be on the safe side.

    Try going to the Symantic website and looking for removal instructions.

    My favorite anti malware app is Windows Defender. Free from Microsoft.com
