    El tema El Choclo …
    El tema El Choclo se refiere realmente al grano. La letra original no es muy conocida porque no era según mi apreciación muy buena pero la música. Se hace famosa la parte instrumental y con la letra de Discépolo más aún. No tiene nada que ver con Quilombo o como se así ver con partes sexuales confundiéndola con otros tangos de doble sentido popular. Esto porque la gente no conocía la letra original que no era muy buena comparado con la música.

    Aclaro para los extranjeros: choclo es la fruta del maiz, pero en lunfardo es sinónimo de quilombo, es decir “lío”.

    True . Remember this is one of the oldest song in tango , and tango is born in the lower layer of society in those days . Many lyrics , this included , were reform to fit the finest places party´s , but the original lyrics made sexual references all the time .
