Flax seed meal and a taste granola bar.

Another way of adding the benefits of flax seed meal to your diet is by incorporating it into your granola bars the next time you make some, along with the oats and nuts etc etc. It is really just a case of using a little imagination and you can easily get all the benefits of this fabulous little seed. In case you didn’t know what flax seed meal is, it is ground down whole flax seeds; you see your body cannot digest the seed in their whole form and you are doing your self a dis-service. You can either buy flax seeds and grind them down as and when you need them or buy the flax seed meal already prepared and in a bag.
