Online massage therapy courses: how to survive.

Now you have a big decision…..study your massage therapist training via online massage courses or attend one of the many massage therapy schools. Online massage courses are fine but they offer more challenges than attending massage therapy schools and you need to plan ahead so get around the obstacles.

Technique is vitally important as lets face it that this is really the thing that separates you from being poor and having a lucrative rewarding career. Practice and observations are not as easy to arrange compared to in house massage colleges. One idea is to make contact with a local massage therapist. You can do observations, get advice about treating certain people and subtlety of techniques etc. Find forums online where you can find fellow students and build a network of support. Lastly, involve your relatives and friends – I bet they won’t mind getting free massages throughout your learning!
