My parents LOVE it!! They have started dancing a few years ago and have become really good dancers. I must saythe music needs getting useds to. At firstI could not listen to it more then five minutes, but now I put a cd on every now and then… My parent have a lot of friend that love to dance the argintinan tango too! they meet every week in a café and often go to a different town to see other dancers.
I personnaly think it was the best thing they could have done for their marriage, It was good before, but through dancing they have come even closer. The dancers really have to read each others body language and "listen" to each other. They have to come in harmony with each other.

I’m interested in learning how to dance it. I was watching "So You Think You Can Dance" and I was floored when I saw what the dance looked like.

Love it, do it, and am good at it…like sex on the dance floor. Very stylized, very exacting dance to do well. Am a competitive dancer and usually take tops in this dance, as well as most others. The tango is a very close dance with the feel of sex, lots of body contact, leg rubs, very sensuous…and is one of the sexiest looking dances there is. Good luck

The Argentine Tango is sensual and when done correctly has a crispness to the movement.
There is a joke in the ballroom world that you do American Tango with your wife and Argentine tango with your lover.
My husband and I did Argentine Tango for a show, but didn’t continue. I’m hoping to take it up again one day.

It is amazing…you really feel a connection with your dance partner. In no other form of dance (ballroom or other) do you have to rely on your partner as much as Argentine tango. As a woman, you really have to trust the lead and move with the music.
The lead in Argentine is so important, and when everything clicks, it is amazing. You don’t have to think, you just move with this amazing emotional music and travel across the floor with a great amount of power and grace. It is such a sexy way to express yourself.

I like Argentinian tango because it’s sexy, romantic and at the same time exotic. It give a strong and daring emotion. A good male dancing partner will give the true essence of the dance and I think that’s very important. I like the movements, sharp and soft, smooth and hard. The texture of the dance is very rare and challenging.
