Tips to Develop Your Intuition
1. Think positive!
A worry-free, fear-free state could do so much to improve your intuitive ability. By staying positive, you attract good energy that would be able to easily recognize imminent feelings and events.
2. Just let go.
What does this mean? If you are on the brink of making a huge decision, let go of all the inhibitions and head to a quiet place where you could find out where the letting go has brought you. Sometimes you just have to listen to the voice within you, and that voice wouldn’t come out unless you let go.
3. Never expect.
After letting go of the inhibitions and all those things that stop you from thinking and feeling clearly, never expect for an answer right away. Never expect that the “hunch” would fall on your lap immediately. Give it a little time then you’d just get surprised that — wham! — now you have your answer.
4. Believe in your first impressions…

Every year, Americans set out to make new years resolutions. One of the main resolutions that is brought up every year is weight loss.
Every year, gym memberships rise at the beginning of the year. Like clockwork, as the year progresses, gym memberships drop. Why does continue to happen? It mainly has to do with dieters not taking this seriously.
Weight loss is a lifestyle change. This is not a matter of fasting for a specified period of time. It is all about making changes that will more than likely be implemented for a lifetime. This is the best approach to weight loss. exercises to lose weight

Mt Kilimanjaro – An Ecological Surprise
If you are looking for a unique place to visit try exploring Mount Kilimanjaro. Mount Kilimanjaro has a wide variety of flora and fauna as you trek up its slopes as well as several different ecosystems. Hiking up Mount Kilimanjaro routes will take you through a tour of life on Earth, from the bottom to the top, in its entire splendor.
Starting at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro it is surrounded by savannah. Beautiful grasses and crops grown by the local tribe makes a beautiful entrance to the mountain. As you begin hiking up Mount Kilimanjaro’s summit you find yourself in incredible forests. The truly amazing thing is that if you are on the south side you will find yourself in what is called montane forest, but if you are on the north side you will be in coniferous forests for a completely different environment!
Then as you climb higher you will discover the moorland which is covered in giant heather and the occasional giant lobelias. The moorland is an amazing sight to behold and as you continue up Mount Kilimanjaro this eventually fades away to an alpine desert. Here it seems that most life is gone except for lichens and some mosses. Continuing the trek up Mount Kilimanjaro snow will start to appear until it completely takes over the terrain bringing a cold arctic feeling with it. But then you reach the top and see the world around you with new eyes and can’t wait for the trek back down to see what else is hiding on this magnificent mountain.

Why Running Won’t Help Hit Your Fitness Goals
For years, I have been telling women that if they are serious about getting a great body then they need to turn off the treadmill, step off and start with a training program that works.
Bold words sure, but it’s true. Running while it will make you lose weight, doesn’t make you lose the right weight. Instead of fat, your body will turn to it’s muscle reserves in order to get you through that 5 mile jog. The scale shows a smaller number but your fat % stays close to the same, if not even going up.
If you lose muscle you lose metabolism. Muscle needs lots of energy (calories) to sustain itself, which means you burn more calories. If that muscle decreases you’re still eating for it but you’re not burning off those calories any more… oops.
I came up with a perfect example today while I was sitting outside at a coffee shop. A lady was walking her greyhound. Now, greyhounds were bred for running… they’re long limbs, their sleep physiques and their emancipated look… no muscle definition, skinny, and quite frankly, always a bit sick looking.
If you look at marathon runners what do you see? The greyhound look. This is neither attractive nor your goal. You’re goal is to tone up, lose body fat and look better! So what’s the answer if not running on that treadmill?
Weight training is. Having specific workouts and exercises for fat loss and for toning your entire body. You will increase your metabolism, and increase your results!

Enjoy Style and comfort with Maternity Jeans
Maternity jeans are crafted from comfortable fabric and incorporate enough stretch and stylish details to offer a very stylish fit. In addition, maternity boot and bell cut jeans are available in a variety of washes to give you even more choices. You can then pair them with a variety of tops for a more or less casual look as you prefer.
No doubt about it, maternity jeans are a pregnant gal’s best friend. Be sure to invest in at least a couple of pairs that will last you through your maternity in style and in comfort. And remember that you will probably even get some more use out of them because you will be able to wear them from some time after you give birth but before your body returns to normal.

Conquer Back Pain
For years I have been plagued with lower back pain. It did not matter how good I felt, it would not be long before my back went out. There were times when I would simply bend over and lean into the car to pick my son up from his car seat and I would feel this shooting pain.
It did not take any time for me to realize what had happened. There I was, flat on my back again. After that experience, I went on a quest to find something that would help. I stumbled upon the Bowflex Treadclimber fitness machine. Supposedly it strengthens your lower body so that you have the stamina to support your torso. For me, so far so good. Remember, no pain no gain.

leftover dishes
Most of my favorite dishes for the colder months are the traditional ones, for example Shepherds Pie. This is a dish now often made with minced meat, but traditionally made with leftover roast lamb which has been put through the Mincer, or the grinder attachment on your food processor. Also using leftover gravy, carrots and mashed potatoes (winter vegetables). The Shepherds Pie Recipe website has the original method with tips on modernising it! Also an excellent resource of other dishes from different cultures, based on the personal experiences of a world traveler and his wife, the latter of Italian ancestry so, of course another rich source of recipes!

Make The Light Sparkle From Your Fireplace
The ambiance created by your fireplace many times is just as important as the heat that it gives off. The sound of the crackling wood, the pleasant aromas that are given off, and the light show are all pleasing aspects of the mood that a fire can create. Anything that you can do to improve that mood even makes it that much more enjoyable. One such way to do that is with glass fireplace doors. With a little etching or a bevel, the glass fireplace enclosure can become a prism for the light making the light dance as it passes through the glass, increasing the visual enjoyment of the fire.
