"Tango" with guy at bookstore.. what’s his deal?

So I just got back from my fav. spiritual bookstore tonight.. and the weirdest thing happened. I was eyeing this cute guy at this film seminar we were at (and I noticed he was looking back at me a few times too), but I figure to let him do the chase… Sure enough, he asked to use my pen and called me "sweetie." Ok.. so afterwards we were looking at books separately in the adjacent bookstore, but like doing this "dance." Again, he came over and asked if I enjoyed the seminar… I thought we were going to exch. info, but then he cut it off and said, "Well, have a good night" – touched my arm, smiled and left.

Now I’m like, "Huh?" What was that? So I’m thinking either he has a g/f… or "just not that into me?" (I didn’t see a ring) Luckily, the seminar repeats next month.. so I’m not fearful of not seeing him again. But I don’t get it?

He could just be leading you on.. it happens. A man who calls you sweetie and touches you doesn’t sound shy. You’re right, he may have a girlfriend.

Ingredients
-Go to bed late, so you can sleep late!
-Cancel all appointments, take a break from your job
-Lock all technology away
-Set you husband/kids/pets up with someone else. Its me time!
-Make sure you have the groceries needed for home prepared food

Preparation:
Wake up really late! The minimum hour is 10:00 am. If you wake up before then, stay in bed and enjoy the serenity of the room.
Open all the windows in the house (Not actually open, but so that the curtains aren’t in the way, so that there is a lot of light in the house
Make a great breakfast! Blueberry pancakes, waffles, fruit, bacon, anything!
Walk around the neighborhood and chat with neighbors
Read a book on the beach
For lunch? Go to your favorite restaurant!
Go out shopping with your best friends, but don’t use the items you bought until the next day
Flirt mercilessly with a lot of guys (Wear really good makeup that day)
Go to a nightclub and PARTY! (Make sure not to drink to much!)
Yes you can use the T.V for the next step, watch a really sappy movie and make sure to cry, and pig out on all your favorite junk food snacks!
Write down one thing you learned from today, and put it under your pillow
Look at the stars from your window
Go to sleep

Help kids on the beach build a sand castle
Fly a kite
Give a homeless person a twenty dollar bill
Shop at GoodWill frequently (Salvation Army works too!)
Re-invent yourself at least once

what’s your favorite ballroom, night club or latin dance? why?

foxtrot, waltz, tango, cha cha, rumba, swing, mambo, merengue, samba, paso doble…only partnering dances.

who’s had lessons or competed?

real men know how to hold a woman in his arms and move like one.

do woman like a man that can dance?

Dance is dance i love it all but latin dance is fun so is belly dancing and just grooving with your friends.

I have taken dance lessons since i was six

i love a guy that can dance but if he cant that doesnt bother me he just needs to have rhythem….then i can teach him to move all the right ways.

For a class project, each group is going to demonstrate a dance…?

From a certain time period. What would be a good idea? I’m a fairly good dancer, trained in ballet, but my partners kind of suck. I really want to do the Argentine Tango, but it’s too difficult, especially for the other kids. But I don’t want to do something too simple like the Electric Slide. Any ideas?

you don’t necessarily have to do argentine tango, but could simply do american smooth tango. if you just perform the basic step, they should get it fairly simply. guys start with left, ladies with right. guys go forward slow(L), slow(R), quick(L), side quick(R), slow(drag L to R). ladies are the natural opposite going backwards. hope this helps. otherwise, why not try the waltz? it’s very victorian and all you have to do is make a box on the floor with your feet.
